I took my Wrangler in for a recall. While in the dealership, I asked them to remove the spare tire (which was locked on the back) for which I didn't have a key. They removed it as I asked. However, about 5 days after leaving the dealership, the "Check Engine" light came on (it had NEVER been on prior). Buyer beware, I bought this truck from a dealership, instead of using marketplace because I figured they would have inspected the vehicle of any deficiencies or issues that might arise. To preface this all, I keep up with scheduled maintenance that RAM recommends.

I had to take my jeep there for follow up maintenence after I bought it. I needed a ride home which they provided so I could get back to work. We got the jeep back the same day.
DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought at 2025 Ram in August and my truck has already been in service 3x because of a check engine light and battery failure. Less that 10K miles on the vehicle. The service dept do NOT return phone calls or messages. They don’t even notify you when your car is ready for pick up. I made an appointment for a Monday morning and no diagnosis wasn’t done until Wednesday evening and it took several calls in my end to get something going. Never received a call from the service dept until the vehicle was completed on Thursday

Worst place to go if you buying a car sold me a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee that only lasted a year as soon as I bought it started giving me problems try to trade for another vehicle they gave me problems they had the jeep for 3 months to fix one of the major issues with the engine now the transmission leaking at the end of the day I ended up losing lots of money I just did a self repo so I won’t waste anymore money with this place save your money go somewhere else

The service people at the dealership were very helpful and were responsive to my car issue. I was concerned about driving about the safety of driving without a front headlight. Within 2 days the bulb was installed (one day was a holiday). The mechanic also talked to me before and after the job was completed. Job well done.
Dripped my ram truck off with the service center the night before my appointment. Around 4 - 5 pm the next day I called the service department to find out what the status of my repairs. Was told that my Ram was mixed up with another group of cars and was not worked on that day. When you have a 1 o’clock appointment, you’re sitting until 230 before they decide to come out and say hey, nothings covered by your warranty that you’re paying extra for cause all they good for screwing people over in Madison
folks there are GREAT. Bob Howell for President !! they don't oversell you on extra service, but they do point out if something is coming up and advises of cost ahead of time. Classic gets criticized for being pricey, but they have always been fair and honest with me. You get what you pay for

My truck wouldn't start on a chilly evening. The next morning, the Classic RAM Service Dept got me in quickly. They diagnosed a bad starter and a dying battery. Both were changed out in about a 2.5 hour time period. I was able to get back to work with enough time to get my jobs done. Craig and his techs are alway terrific to work with.
