I had to take my jeep there for follow up maintenence after I bought it. I needed a ride home which they provided so I could get back to work. We got the jeep back the same day.

The service people at the dealership were very helpful and were responsive to my car issue. I was concerned about driving about the safety of driving without a front headlight. Within 2 days the bulb was installed (one day was a holiday). The mechanic also talked to me before and after the job was completed. Job well done.
Dripped my ram truck off with the service center the night before my appointment. Around 4 - 5 pm the next day I called the service department to find out what the status of my repairs. Was told that my Ram was mixed up with another group of cars and was not worked on that day. When you have a 1 o’clock appointment, you’re sitting until 230 before they decide to come out and say hey, nothings covered by your warranty that you’re paying extra for cause all they good for screwing people over in Madison
folks there are GREAT. Bob Howell for President !! they don't oversell you on extra service, but they do point out if something is coming up and advises of cost ahead of time. Classic gets criticized for being pricey, but they have always been fair and honest with me. You get what you pay for

My truck wouldn't start on a chilly evening. The next morning, the Classic RAM Service Dept got me in quickly. They diagnosed a bad starter and a dying battery. Unless something changes I likely won’t purchase or lease through Classic Dodge in the future. I had to wait nearly an hour and a half just for a relatively minor recall repair. Then I watched as a grown man walked into the female restroom and not one employee said anything. Just not an overly inviting atmosphere in that dealerships anymore. Very disappointing.
